Best Breakfast

There is nothing better than a “no recipe recipe”. As this one is a super flexible breakfast – even better.

Good bread, fresh ricotta, your favorite jam and sliced, toasted almonds (with a little kosher salt in a dry pan). That's it.

By season sub in tomatoes & fresh herbs for the jam and almonds, or peaches, leave the almonds but glaze them with a little honey.

Really the best breakfast (or snack, or app) – B
